Obtain Signatures
Secure required endorsement signatures from your Designated Supervisor, Co-Supervisor, Secretary to the Board of Study, or Head of Department prior to submitting to the Academic Branch.
Submit to Registry / MIS
Hand over original signed paper documents to the PGIA Senior Assistant Registrar (SAR) office counter, or upload scanned digital PDFs through your student PGIA-MIS portal account.
